No deadlock over caretaker govt in KP: Mian Iftikhar

PESHAWAR: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Information Minister Mian Iftikhar Hussain said that there was no deadlock over formation of an interim government in the province, adding that the summary for the dissolution of the assembly is already prepared.
Talking to journalists here on Monday, Mian Iftikhar said that the 5-year term of the provincial assembly would end on March 26 and it would be dissolved after the resolution of issues in the centre.

Mian Iftikhar further said that the caretaker chief minister would have all the right to appoint its interim ministers under the constitution, however, he added that the political parties would help him in this regard.
Praising the role of media, the provincial minister said that it offered full cooperation in spreading the message of the government to masses.
